On this Epiphany Sunday, and the second Sunday of Christmastide, we’ll gather in the Social Hall for our annual Epiphany Breakfast and tell the ancient story of the magi, a story about a star and a king, prophecies and dreams, and faith and courage in times of darkness. We’ll share communion and fellowship, look for the light, and receive star words to help guide us through the new year. Pianist, Tim Murphy, and soloist, Joe Pratt, will provide music for the service. Susan Russell will serve as liturgist, and Rev. Jen Chapman will preach and lead the service. This is an intergenerational service, so there will not be separate childcare.
Potluck Breakfast - This service is a potluck meal and all are encouraged to bring a breakfast item to share if you can. Contact Susan Yourd if you’re not sure what to bring. Ovens will be warm when you arrive to keep food warm while we begin the service.
The service and meal will run from 10am to 11:30am.
