On this third Sunday of Eastertide we will continue looking to the risen Christ to show us “The Ways of Life.” This weeks’ Scriptures point us to the heart. When Jesus appeared to two disciples on the Road to Emmaus, even before they recognized him, their hearts were “burning within them.” And after Peter’s Pentecost sermon, his listeners were “cut to the heart!” What role do our hearts play in showing us the ways of life?
Tim K. Murphy will lead us through this week's Hymns and Special Music selections from the ACC Ensemble. Allan Gardiner will serve as Liturgist and Pastor Jen will lead worship and preach. Childcare will be available during the service for children ages 2 and up.
