Earth Day in Kensington
Local organizations are coming together in Kensington to celebrate Earth Day! Come enjoy hands-on activities for all ages and opportunities to learn and engage on Sunday, April 26th, at Arlington Community Church (52 Arlington Avenue) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The free community event, co-hosted by ACC and Hearts Leap Kensington, will begin with a land acknowledgement by Good Guest Kensington, and will feature a petting zoo, live music for children, community art, educational materials and environmental experts.

The following weekend, on Sunday, May 3, at 11:30 a.m., ACC will be showing the documentary, "Unraveling," which tells us what happens to our used clothes when they get sent to India for recycling. It is a complex process! The film will be shown in the Fireside Room.
